Hidden Agenda

Play an online party game — free, right in your browser

Start a room on this page, have everyone scan the QR code with their phone camera, and deal three secret missions each. Nothing to install, no account.

How it works

How a round plays out

No board, no turns, no narrator. The game lives inside an ordinary party — and it starts from a browser tab.

  1. Friends on a sofa holding up their phones to scan a QR code on one friend’s screen

    Open a room

One of you starts a game right here in the browser. Everyone else points their phone camera at the QR code and they’re in. No app, no account.

  2. A young man hiding his glowing phone screen from friends chatting on the sofa behind him

    Three secret missions

Each phone deals its owner three missions nobody else can see. Some carry a bonus for pulling them off in style.

  3. A woman telling a story with big gestures while one friend laughs and another looks suspicious

    Play it cool

Slip your missions into the evening. Tell the story, ask the odd question, do the strange thing — and make it look like you would have anyway.

  4. Friends laughing and pointing at one of them, who hides his face in his hand, caught

Catch them — or get caught

Think someone just pulled one off? Call it. The host settles every claim, and the most points at the end of the round wins.

Play free in your browser

No app, no sign-up. Friends join by scanning a QR code.

FAQ

Playing in the browser

Is Hidden Agenda free to play online?

Yes. The Classic pack is free with no time limit and no account. Premium packs and catch mode unlock with a 48-hour Party Pass or a yearly plan — only the host pays, everyone else plays free.

Do my friends need to download anything?

No. One person opens this page and starts a room. Everyone else points their phone camera at the QR code and plays in their phone’s browser. Anyone who has the iPhone app can join the same room from it.

How many people can play?

Two is enough to start; four to ten is the sweet spot. There is no hard upper limit, so it also works for a big house party where most games fall apart.

Does it work on a laptop or tablet?

Yes. The host can run the room from a laptop and put the QR code on screen, and players can use any phone, tablet or computer with a modern browser. Each player needs their own screen, because the missions are secret.

Can we play over a video call?

You can. Share the room link in the chat instead of showing the QR code. The game is built for a room full of people, though — missions like “get someone to repeat your phrase” land best face to face.

How long does a round last?

You choose: a timer from two hours to two days, first player to finish every mission, or until the host ends it. Most rounds run through an evening while the party carries on.

Prefer an app? Hidden Agenda is also on iPhone, and the same rooms work in both.
