Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of Hidden Agenda ("the app"), a party game for iOS. By downloading or using the app, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

The app and your license

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Hidden Agenda on Apple devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial entertainment. Your use of the app is also subject to Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement.

Subscriptions and purchases

Hidden Agenda is free to download and includes the full Classic pack and a sample of the Icebreaker pack at no cost. Pro unlocks every pack and feature.

  • Plans. Pro is offered as a weekly or yearly auto-renewing subscription. Prices are shown in the app in your local currency before you confirm.
  • Billing. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase.
  • Auto-renewal. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
  • Managing and cancelling. You can manage or cancel a subscription anytime in Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. Cancelling stops future renewals; you keep Pro access until the paid period ends.
  • Refunds. All purchases are handled by Apple. Refund requests are subject to Apple's App Store policies.

Custom packs and the AI wizard

Pack Forge lets you create your own mission packs, either by hand or with the optional AI wizard. You are responsible for the content of any pack you create. Do not create content that is illegal, hateful, harassing, or that you do not have the right to use. Custom packs are stored on your device and remain available to you, including after a subscription ends.

The AI wizard produces suggestions automatically and may occasionally generate inaccurate or unexpected text. Review generated missions before playing them.

Acceptable use

When using Hidden Agenda, you agree not to:

  • use the app for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms;
  • attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or interfere with the app or its multiplayer service;
  • use the app to harass, harm, or endanger other players.

Hidden Agenda is a social game. How missions are played out in real life is entirely up to the people at the table — play responsibly and with consent.

Age requirements

The app is intended for a general teen-and-up audience. The Spicy pack contains mature themes, is rated 17+, and should only be used by adults. You are responsible for choosing packs appropriate for your group.

Disclaimers

The app is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that multiplayer sync will always be available.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the app. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you may have under mandatory consumer protection law.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as the app evolves. Material changes will be reflected on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use of the app after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
